Breathwork
Breathwork sessions incorporate breathing techniques focused on activating sensations and feelings in the body. This activation supports the opening of the heart space, the exploration of longing, and provides an opportunity for increased awareness in the present moment. Breathwork can be done as part of on-going therapy or as a stand alone session. Breathwork supports:
Safety & Grounding
Trauma Resolution
Increased Insight & Self-Awareness
Released Energy Blockages
Consulting
One of my favorite teachers often reminds me “you can do hard things.” Sometimes, hard things need space to be heard and explored. I am honored to work with individuals, families, and organizations in navigating challenges and creating responsive, intentional solutions. Consulting sessions can range in length from one hour to two days and are focused on the specific needs of an individual or group. Examples of “hard things” that could benefit from consulting work include:
Family Transitions
Work Challenges/Transitions
Caregiver Support
Parenting/Co-Parenting Transitions
